While parts of the following pocket knives are thoroughly new, the handles of these Mammoth Gifts are made of fossilized Woolly Mammoth tooth, roughly a quarter of a million years old! (Give or take 100,000 years or so- specific mammoth birthdays are hard to pinpoint.) Mammoth herds were common for a very long time, but gem quality fossil examples like these are hard to come by. These genuine fossilized specimens are absolutely ancient and absolutely unique. Each picture is of the exact knife you will receive, as each is different, one of a kind, and with a history all its own.
